You may be eligible for a discounted Course registration…please read on to see if you qualify…
- For those SRNAs who have already purchased a full-priced MemoryMaster product (without review course discount) and now wish to register for the new Review Course, the appropriate discount ($110 for book, $150 flash cards) will be applied to your registration. To receive this discount, you must login to your account with the same email address used when you first created your account and placed the MemoryMaster order. If you have forgotten your login email or encounter problems receiving the discount, contact us at customer-service@valleyanethesia.com. In the email, please provide your full name and indicate that you have purchased a MemoryMaster product and now desire to register for the 2009 course.
- For those SRNAs who have already attended at 2009 Review Course, and would now like to attend a second 2010 Review Course, the registration fee is $650. Please call the office (515-221-2590) to register for the second 2009 Review Course.
The MemoryMaster book is shipped by US Postal Service whereas the MemoryMaster flashcards are shipped via UPS. Please be aware that UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes: flashcards will be shipped by US Postal Service to P.O. box addresses.
Please keep your account up-to-date, especially if your address changes. Incorrect addresses delay the delivery of your materials.
- A 2010 Course information letter is sent to all registered attendees along with their 2010 course manual. The letter contains hotel and travel information & other relevant details for your Review Course. Please notify us immediately if you have not received the course information letter (customer-service@valleyanesthesia.com).
