The user shall not hold liable faculty, staff, consultants, and/or other personnel associated with Valley Anesthesia, Inc., for the information in MemoryMaster™ and/or the Review and Update Course, nor may the user hold any of the above-named liable or responsible as a result of the use of the information contained in any of the materials or lecture furnished by Valley Anesthesia, Inc, or their personnel. Valley Anesthesia, Inc., through its employees/agents, will not be responsible for any failure to perform any term or condition of the Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to war, strikes, fires, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, health conditions, internal or environmental distractions, or any other act beyond its control and thus it shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and clients will not be entitled to any reimbursements from Valley Anesthesia, Inc. for damages sustained. Payment for the Review and Update Course and/or MemoryMaster™ Book or MemoryMaster™ Flash Cards shall constitute an acknowledgement by the user that he / she has read this Disclaimer, understands its contents and agrees to be bound by its terms. There are no refunds for shipped materials or products.
