2010 RETURN and REFUND POLICY

Return Policy for Educational Materials:

Valley Anesthesia, Inc. materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been shipped. Valley Anesthesia materials include, but are not limited to, the Review & Update Course Manual, the MemoryMaster Book, and MemoryMaster Flash Cards.

Refund Policy for Canceling a Course Registration:

  1. If you have registered for a 2010 Review and Update Course and:
    1. cancel your course registration before the course is closed and before any of your materials have been shipped, your refund is $635.00.
    2. cancel your registration after the course is closed and before your materials have been shipped, your refund is $550.00.
    3. cancel your registration before the course is closed but after your course materials have been shipped, your refund is $300.00.
    4. cancel your registration after the course has been closed and after your course materials have been shipped, your refund is $225.00.
    5. cancel your registration within two weeks prior to the actual course date, your refund is $100.00.

  2. If you purchased and received a MemoryMaster Product (Book or Flash Cards) and then cancel your Review & Update Course registration, you will be charged the difference between the “Review Course Registration Discount” price and “Without Review Course Registration Discount” price. Specifically, you will be charged an additional $110.00 for the 2010 MemoryMaster Book and $100.00 for the 2010 MemoryMaster Flashcards.

Fee Policies

  1. There is a $50.00 processing and service fee to change from a closed (filled) Review & Update Course site.
  2. A $10.00 processing and service fee will be charged for cancelling a MemoryMaster Book order that has not been shipped.
  3. A $15.00 processing and service fee will be charged for cancelling a MemoryMaster Flash Card order that has not been shipped.

Delivery of Site Information and Materials

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successfully completing your course registration or purchase of a MemoryMaster product or other Valley Anesthesia materials.
  2. Your 2010 Review and Update Course Manual, along with a detailed confirmation letter will be sent to you in the Fall of 2009. Your confirmation letter will contain hotel information, directions to the Review Course hotel, and exact course times. We will begin shipping 2010 Review & Update Course Manuals September 15, 2009. We ship according to the calendar order of course sites, beginning with the first January 2010 site (Orlando, FL) and ending with the November 2010 site (Des Moines, IA). It will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete shipping of all Course Manuals. If you are registering for a 2010 Review & Update Course after November 1, 2009, your confirmation letter and Course Manual will be shipped within 4-5 business days.
  3. We will begin shipping 2010 MemoryMaster Books in October 2009 and MemoryMaster Flash Card in November 2009.
